Gym
Open every day between 10.00 and 20.00, the hotel gym has air-conditioning and the latest cardiovascular equipment such as a running machine, static bikes, step machine and weights. It is free of charge.
Mud from the Mar Menor
We have 10 cubicles for Mud Massages and a Vichy Shower. The LIMON are famous in the area and have numerous health benefits, mainly for rheumatoid complaints, back, elbow and shoulder pain, typical in golfers.
Marine swimming pools
Open between 10.00 and 20.00, our guests may use the facilities free of charge. There are different saltwater pools (heated) with hydro-massage, jets, swan necks, Jacuzzi, etc. There are also changing rooms where you can shower and dress.
Marine Circuit
Enjoy this maze of contrasts and the effects of its wet and dry saunas, biothermic showers, the ice grotto, foot bath and the relaxation pool.
Kinesis
Its exclusive design means that more than 200 different exercises can be performed, as well as an endless variety of movements which will meet all the wellness needs of the widest possible range of users. These users include enthusiasts of sports like tennis and golf, participants in rehabilitation programmes, etc.

The Thalasia physiotherapy department is equipped with the latest technology for treating and preventing pain (back, muscle, etc.) and undertaking rehabilitation treatments, using the latest generation in equipment and marine hydrology facilities (rehabilitation pool, etc.).
